FlatRateDev: a website you can price before you call anyone
FlatRateDev sells fixed-price website builds. The owner hired me to build the site that sells them: fast and SEO/AEO friendly, with Chart.js pricing charts, an instant PDF download of his info sheet, and download tracking built in. When he sells a build, I sometimes work on it as his developer.

A sales site for a fixed-price service
FlatRateDev's customers are small businesses that often can't tell the difference between a $1,500 build and a $15,000 one. Publishing fixed prices answers that up front, so the site has to make the pricing easy to compare and load fast enough to rank.
The owner also wanted visitors to be able to download his PDF info sheet instantly, and he wanted to know how many of them did.
What I did
Built it to be fast and findable. Next.js and TypeScript, with rendering chosen per page type so the marketing pages are static and fast, and structured for SEO/AEO so the service shows up in search.
Made the pricing easy to compare. The site leads with the pricing structure, then the comparison, then the proof. I built the cost comparison as a live Chart.js graphic so the difference is clear at a glance.
Added the PDF download and tracking. Visitors can download the info sheet instantly, and each download is tracked so the owner can see how many people take it.
Tested the funnel. Playwright end-to-end suites cover the funnel, including every path a prospect can take to the contact form.
Build for his clients. When FlatRateDev sells a build, the owner sometimes brings the project to me, and I build it as his developer.
